FERMENTATION
In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with a prefermentative and a long postfermentative maceration to bring out all the color, structure, aroma and potential of the grape. Further, tanks to the maceration, pumping-over and passage operatios we perform, our wines boast a very high color intensity and a lot of extract.
